These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PhoneTeq website (phoneteq.com.au) and our repair, sales, and related services. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About PhoneTeq

2. Use of Website
By accessing phoneteq.com.au, you agree that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
- You will not use the site for any unlawful purpose
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- You will not post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or infringing content
3. Product Orders
When you place an order through our website:
- You offer to purchase the item at the price shown at time of checkout
- We may accept or decline your order at our discretion
- Order confirmation via email constitutes our acceptance
- Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before fulfilling the order
4. Repair Services
When you book a repair service:
- You authorise PhoneTeq technicians to open and work on your device
- Any quoted price is an estimate; actual costs may vary if additional faults are discovered (you will be notified before proceeding)
- We take reasonable care of your device but are not liable for pre-existing faults, data loss, or damage caused by undisclosed prior repairs
- Uncollected devices may be subject to a storage fee after 30 days and disposed of after 90 days with appropriate notice
- All repairs are covered by our 90-day workmanship warranty
5. Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.
For in-store repairs, payment is due upon collection of the device unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Shipping
We ship orders within Australia. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to PhoneTeq. You may not reproduce, copy, or republish any content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PhoneTeq is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
- Loss of data (we recommend backing up your device before any repair)
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific product or service
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date.
